Freelancer Agreement – DDS Expo AI Digital Marketing Agency
By registering as a freelancer on DDS Expo, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility & Verification
You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful. DDS Expo reserves the right to verify your identity via Aadhaar/PAN and reject applications that do not meet our quality standards.
2. Project Delivery & Quality
You agree to deliver projects on time and to the quality described in your profile and bid. Failure to deliver may result in account suspension, withholding of payments, and negative reviews.
3. Payment & Commission
DDS Expo charges a platform commission of 15–20% on each project. Payments are released to your bank account within 3–5 business days after client approval. GST will be applied as per government norms.
4. Confidentiality
You must maintain confidentiality of all client information, project details, and business data shared during a project. Breach of confidentiality is grounds for immediate termination.
5. Code of Conduct
You agree to communicate professionally with clients at all times. Spam, inappropriate behavior, or off-platform solicitation is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.
